Volunteers
The success of the Disabled British Open relies on the support of many volunteers managing a wide variety of roles - marshalling, scoring, ball-spotting, raking bunkers, administration and registration.
Volunteers also have had the opportunity, through the tournament, to take an NVQ course in crowd stewarding.
More than 150 volunteers assisted at the Disabled British Open 2011, the organisers would like to extend a huge vote of thanks for their help. Without your support, it would not be possible to run such an exceptional event.
Details for volunteering for the 2012 tournament will be available shortly.
